NO magic!: Unfortunately you have discovered that eating whatever you want whenever you want from the college cafeteria is not a good idea. Get with your team nutritionist and set a healthy eating plan, and add more cardio aerobic exercise, at least 1 hr per day. The weight will come off and you will learn the eating healthy plan for life.
