Is just fine.: Your level of 0.7 is fine. Anything less than 1.5 mg/dl is considered normal, for men and women. If this were higher, it could mean you have a lot of muscle mass, but more likely, it would mean your renal/kidney function is impaired. Your level apparently indicates you have no problem with this, so keep doing your check-ups and living healthy!

No: Main kidney functions is waste product elimination. Creatinine = muscle waste product. Goes into blood stream, then filtered by kidneys and eliminated in urine. Creatinine itself is not dangerous but level reflects kidney function (and muscle mass). High level = impaired kidney function which causes other waste products to accumulate (unhealthy). Low level is good unless it means muscle wasting.
