Well.....: Ok, besides the obvious, consult with your OB about risks depending on age, and you can plan ovulatory cycles based on basal body temperatures. Make sure your husband is wearing loose shorts to enhance sperm count. Also make sure you stop any birth control. You'd be surprised how often that's forgotten. Otherwise, best of luck!

Nothing magic!: Simple things include: be healthy, reduce alcohol, no smoking, moderate exercise, no hot tubs/saunas, reduce stress. Track ovulation (bbt, opk, mucus etc), sex every other day (max sperm factors) mid cycle but window conception is about days 6-21 in population (tests can narrow). Maintain records for doc if no success. See specialist if not pg in 6-12 mo (based on age). Best wishes.

Depends: On whether you want to carry the baby or use a surrogate or adopt. If you are both healthy & are thinking about having a baby "the old fashioned way" you should optimize your health by taking prenatal vitamins, exercising to keep your body mass index under 26, staying hydrated & happy. If you are on birth control you would need to stop it. If you have tried more than a year see a fertility dr.
