Possibly B6 & zinc: Persons with behavioral symptoms associated with a functional deficiency in vitamin b6 and zinc often have very pale skin. With treatment they skin color becomes more normal and their hair color a little darker. Used similarly, these supplements may help a very pale person (not with albinism) better tolerate appropriate sun exposure.
