How long can i put off having surgery on my shoulder before it's too late?

Delay shoulder surg: Drpends on the reason for surgery. For example if it is for a fracture, the longer you wait the greater the chance it will heal in a deformed position. If it is for a rotator cuff full thickness tear, over time the tendon may retract and scar making repair more difficult.
