No: Even though there is a risk of tendon rupture associated with levofloxacin, it's mechanism is a loss of blood supply. The acl graft matures by drawing from the surrounding fluid within the joint, and should not have a higher risk. There is currently no evidence to suggest acl tear association with Levofloxacin use. It is most commonly associated with achilles ruptures.
