See your doctor: The signs and symptoms of breast cancer include: a lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm that persists through the menstrual cycle; change in the size, shape, or contour of the breast; blood-stained or clear fluid discharge from the nipple; change in the feel or appearance of the skin on the breast or nipple (dimpled, puckered, scaly, or inflamed). If concerned, see your doc.

See a physician: Immediately see your physician for a detailed history and physical. Diagnostic imaging (ultrasound or mammogram) may be indicated.

See md and screen: Proper screening with self breast exams looking for new lumps, breast exams by your physician looking for skin or nipple chanes as well as masses or lymph nodes, and mammogram and ultrasound if needed are the best ways to pick up early stage breast cancer before it causes any symptoms. Once advanced it can cause many different symptoms throughout the body.
