Define natural: What do you mean by natural? Other than a pushup bra, there is no non-surgical way to achieve a breast lift. There are a variety of surgical options, ranging from transferring your own fat to reinflate the breast, breast implants, and/or mastopexy where skin is removed and breast tissue is reshaped. You need a plastic surgeon evaluation to determine the best option for you.

None good: Use of a supportive bra. I would not suggest the use of any other measure including heavily marketed pills/lotions, technology etc. To achieve breast lifting. Surgically, breast lifting involves removal of “loose” skin thereby tightening the breast skin envelope and raising the position of the breasts on the chest wall. One of the downsides associated with the procedure are the resulting scars.

No: You can wear a bra but other than that it usually requires surgery.
