Incidental finding: These are common benign nonpainful findings on normal MRI high intensity just means they appear white on MRI low signals are dark dont give them a second thought . Like dark disc they can be found on many mris of the spine in tje painful amd in the painless alike tjey are not treated unless they ar huge yours is small.
