I have a weight problem. what can i do to alleviate it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A balanced approach: Healthy diet and regular exercise are the keys to a blanced approach to managing weight after seeing a medical docotr to determine medical contributors such as thyroid or other disease are not contributory. Starting slow and making steady improvement over time is far more likely to maintain progress than drastic and yo yo weight loss schemes. A dietician and trainer can help.
