See ophthalmologist: This is entirely too long to wait for evaluation. You need to see an ophthalmologist shortly. This can be a benign problem or could be a manifestation of systemic disease that could be very problematic. This can also be chronic eye inflammation or even a type of rare glaucoma.

I'm 28 years old. I'm fit. I've experienced this in the past. Happens about 4 times per year. The most notable symptom is my right eye almost loosing vision completely. It happens very suddenly and can last for anything between 1 to 7 days.
