No: Mri is just one piece of the puzzle and can miss things. Occasionally due to human error the MRI can also be misinterpreted. The important thing is having a good clinician that can examine and correlate the findings as your shoulder may not be the true cause of your pain and referred from possible a neck or cervical source. I would talk to your clinician. Can also consider DX injections.
