Right side of my back is paining and sometimes pain goes to arm , what's the reason?

What happened?: In general, low back pain is rarely associated with upper extremity pain unless you had two injuries at the same event. If pain is between you shoulder blades and also goes down your arm, then it could be coming from your neck.
