Yes: If you have pain and a mass, someone will remove it. At 7 cm it can leave a significant deformity. Consider going to see a plastic surgeon for reconstruction or at least evaluation prior. Good luck.

Yes, benign : masses can be removed. Speak with a breast surgeon regarding whether or not it is appropriate in your case.
