Injury?: Do you routinely jump and play aggressive sports? Did you have an injury "ass over teacup" or overextend your back in an arch. These would be reasons to be seen for an x-ray. If you are not active, , begin with gentle sports that work on flexibility and strength. Swimming, cross country skiing, rowing, dancing. Weakness should be gone in a month of exercise 4x /week.
