Dilantin: Muscle weakness is listed as a possible side effect of dilantin. Make sure your blood levels of this medication is not over the therapeutic range.

It is possible: It’s hard to say what’s going on, especially after a single episode, but it may or may not be related to Dilantin. If related to Dilantin, you may have a slightly high level in your bloodstream, which might affect coordination. That this may be a side effect can’t be ruled out from the information you’ve given. You’ll want to mention the episode to your doctor and watch for additional ones.
