Obesity epidemic: Children are eating too many processed foods and simple carbs. Fast food provides too much salt, fat, and calories. Portion sizes are usually too large as well. We need to look very carefully at what our children are eating. In addition, cutting back screen time and increasing exercise is just as important. This will cause type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, hypertension and a shortened life.
