Take with caution: Some studies have reported increase in pravastatin concentration if taken with Alli (orlistat) thus may result in increased GI side effects (abdominal pain, gas, fecal urgency, oily spotting), muscle pain. Report any joint/muscle/back pain, dark urine, upper belly pain, unusual weakness/tiredness, yellowing of eyes /skin. To reduce GI issues reduce fat intake (follow a healthy diet).
