If you clench your teeth a lot, can your jaw muscle get bigger, giving you a larger jaw?

Yes: You are able to clench your teeth due to your jaw muscles contracting, and just like working your bicep muscles in the gym when you do curls, your muscles in the jaw can get bigger. People who clench or grind their teeth use their jaw muscles more and often appear to have a bulging jaw areas just below their ears.

Possibly: If you cause your jaw muscles to enlarge (hypertrophy) due to excessive clenching, then your facial appearance may change. Your jaw (bone) would not change. It would take a very long time to see any difference, and you would likely cause great harm to your teeth.

No: Your muscles can enlarge, but it will have no measurable effect upon jaw size.
