Thats tough: An snri, that blocks ascending pain mayy be helpful, Cymbalta (duloxetine) for example. Making sure you sleep well at night is key, being awake well is key. What is your condition?

Good treatments for hypotonia/low muscle tone?
My baby was born with hypotonia. Physio work wonders to rehabilate muscles all over his body. But his face still has very low tone. What can I do?
