Many reasons: There are many reasons why women have c-sections. Some of them include failure to dilate/progress in labor, the baby's inability to tolerate labor, non-cephalic presentation, placenta previa, HIV or active herpes, or a previous myomectomy. Discuss your concerns with your doctor.
