Probiotics: Consider probiotics when taking antibiotics. Multiple strain products provide more balance than single strain.You need to have enough of the probiotic to make a difference - billions of viable bacteria per gram is better than millions. Cultures need to be alive - except for greek or bulgarian yogurt & specialized probiotic yogurts – the average yogurt has mostly dead cultures. Take care.
