It may be.: Hello. It is not uncommon for depersonalization to occur during panic attacks. If anxiety is the root cause, than selective serotonin reuptakes may be beneficial as well as anxiolytics. If depersonalization is not from another treatable cause - than atypical antipsychotics can be effective.
