Look up "BMI": The Body Mass Index is a number based on only two things: weight and height. You can easily find a BMI calculator on Google. If your BMI is under 18, you are underweight. If it is over 30, you are considered obese. Of course, it's never that simple. If you have a lot of muscle mass, you can be in the overweight range, and still be okay!
