Depends: It depends on why you have iron deficiency? Do you have bleeding ulcer on your stomach? Do you know what is the cause? If you have bleeding ulcer on your stomach or significant gastritis etc- you need to avoid nsaids like ibuprofen, paracetamol etc- and instead considering tylenol/acetaminophen if you have to take it. However, please discuss in detail with your doctor.
