Go see your doctor: You likely have an outer ear infection and you may need antibiotics. I have seen small infections grow into larger ones, so while it's small, go see him.

A zit?: Could be a hair follicle infected otherwise known as a pimple or a cut somehow. If it persists...Go have it looked into by an md or ask a friend look and see if they notice anything.
