Yes, piece of mind: Complement deficiency is rare but requires a fairly extensive work-up by an immunologist. A simple repeat of this test could offer some direction particularly if asymtomatic.

Depends: Complement C4 being low could indicate an issue with activation of the complement system such as after infection. It could also be related to liver disease, genetic deficiency of complement, vasculitis, lupus, or even could possibly just be a low-normal value for you. So i would repeat testing only if you have other medical concerns that are currently being evaluated.
