Eat healthy: If you are not eating healty now..Start. Continue to eat healthy after the baby is born. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Eat fish. Don't eat any processed foods. Make all your own food. Don't buy anything that has more than five ingredients in it.
