Eat well/excercise: In virtually any situation, you will lose weight if your caloric expenditure exceeds your caloric intake. In other words, eat less than you expend. It is still important to have a well balanced diet (ie no extreme caloric reduction). Seek advice from a nutritionist to evaluate your current diet and find areas of unnecessary caloric intake (ie no nutritional value) like chips! excercise!
