Not likely…: Hi jenni i'm not sure what you mean by "aura." brain tumors, migraines, anxiety, dehydration, sleep deprivation, high blood sugar, epilepsy and other disorders can cause strange sensations. These might include visual changes, tingling (anywhere), odd noises, & other (sometimes frightening) changes. If this is new you should certainly discuss it with your primary care physician or your obstetrician.
