Neuro or PMR consult: Persistent neck pain after a concussion could have many causes for which a neurological consuslt would be very helpful i.

See sports med: You need to see a sports med doctor...He/she will assess you and see what is going on...You may have neck/shoulder issues from the injury of the concussion on top of the post concussion syndrome. You want to be careful what you are doing in physiotherapy because of the concussion. Your local sports med doc can help you.
