At what temperature should i take my 4yr old to the hospital? he has no other symptoms yet.. i can't keep his fever under 101 it goes up to 103.7ish

Above 101: If you can't get his temperature below 101 with tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil and cooling measurea, then u suggest you take him to see a doctor right away.
