Anti fungal cream: There shouldn't be any problem, but always defer to your pediatrician, who is the captain of the ship regarding all medicines during breast feeding.

Absolutely: There is no problem with that as a topical treatment, even if you need to use it for weeks, typical in treating ringworm. Make sure you wash hands well after application so none is left on your fingers before you nurse and so you don't transmit the fungus causing the ringworm to the baby.
