12 months & eating : It is not advised to transition a baby to whole milk until after 12 months of age. If your baby has any feeding difficulties and is not yet transitioning to baby and table foods well, it is also advised to continue formula as the formula has added nutrition that whole milk does not provide. In this circumstance, it would be best to discuss the transition with your doctor first.
