Nope: Medicines like angiotensin inhibitors and receptor blockers (such as olmesartan) have shown no propensity to this in trials of patients with known erectile dysfunction. To the contrary, it appears that among antihypertensives, these classes may, if anything, improve erectile function. Great question!
