my brain function goes down critically due turbinate swelling and resulting flue like symptoms, is it a sign of inflammation on brain caused by this?

See a doctor: People tend to focus on a medical issue when they feel bad and not on other problems. Brain inflammation usually causes neck and back stiffness and a severe headache. The way you are piecing things together does not make medical sense and sometimes just describing how you are feeling without inserting medical terms is more helpful to your doctor. Good luck.
