Eval: I agree with dr. Raff. Pain that feels like splintered glass cutting into your rectum could be related to a fissure. Hemorrhoids are a common source of pain. I wouldn't put any substances into your rectum at this time. Get it checked out medically and the physician can make specific recommendations.
