Possibly: Unless you are on your periodic is unlikely. You have scar tissue that is perhaps causing that problem. A laparoscopy may benefit you if persistent and unresolved.

Likely...: But this can also represent other pelvic pathology including endometriosis and-or pelvic adhesions. Have your surgeon comprehensively evaluate your pelvic cavity at the time of surgery and not assume it is adenomyosis (endometriosis of the uterine muscle) as this really can only be diagnosed at the time of a hysterectomy.
