OCD: Some of the ssris used for ocd are a bit less likely to cause weight gain. You may need higher doses than for depression. Celexa, lexapro, zoloft may be preferred over paxil, (paroxetine) anafranil, or luvox. It may be trial and error for awhile. Topomax can help control weight gain as an add-on drug combined with your ssri. Work with your md.
