A member asked:

Can clomid (clomiphene) .25 mg daily cause infertility issues and ed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Generally not: Clomid (clomiphene) is an anti-estrogen that causes the pituitary gland to produce more fsh (egg recruiting hormone). However, in some cases it also binds to the uterus and cervix and can thin the lining and dry up cervical mucous. As an alternative we use newer medications called aromatase inhibitors (femara). Talk to your physician about this.
