Yikes!: Breathing is non-negotiable. If your throat feels like it's closing up and you're having trouble breathing, you need an evaluation. Of course, do not drink any more of the offending substance! but you may need allergy testing, a short course of anti-inflammatory steroids, or an inhaled medication to open your airways. Some doctors may even suggest an epi-pen: an injection to self-administer!
