Do you mean coQ10?: Coq10 is a naturally occuring enzyme in your system and is safe to take in 30 mg dosage. It is best to use coq10 when on a statin drug to lower your cholesterol. When statin drugs work on your cholesterol, they inhibit the enzyme coq10. Sometimes the enzyme gets depeleted in your system. So taking the supplement while on statin drugs is a very good idea and often minimizes potential side effects.
