Co-enzyme q10, magnesium, beetroot, curcumin and garlic supplements to lower bp - your view on effectiveness please?

Evidence: There is little evidence base to support the premise that those herbs, etc. Will lower blood pressure. Dash diet and exercise and if needed medications with an evidence base for their effectiveness would be recommended.

A waste of time.: Not one of those supplements has any value in lowering bp. The longer you fail to start appropriate and effective treatment the greater your risk of a cardiovascular complication.
