Yes it can: Hydrocephalus causes a change in the pressure within the brain that has been postulated to be related to sleep disturbances. Most of the research has been done on infants but i suspect it also applies to adults. You might want to talk with your doctor about getting a sleep study to further define your sleep patterns.
