Yes: Lip biting can cause white painless bumps. They also can cause raised pink or purple bumps on the inner side of the lips. Try to stop the lip bitting. Good luck.

Yes: Lip biting can cause mucoceles which are whitish blue fluid filled lesions. They are from damaged minor salivary glands and ducts in the lip. Sometimes you can get firm lesions which are called fibromas which are basically scar tissue. Mucoceles can enlarge, burst then return. The only way to get rid of them is to remove the damaged gland tissue and duct.
