Where can i find the long term effects of sertraline drug esp in patients that have been taking it since teens (long meaning >7yr)?

Nat Library of Med: Doing a literature search in the national library of medicine shows the adverse events reported with sertraline were most likely to occur early in the course of treatment and there was no evidence of any increase in events in the elderly or with longer-term treatment. Sertraline was not associated with excess of death from any cause, suicides, suicide attempts or serious life-threatening events.
