Why tired?: Possible reasons: - low thyroid (just having a "normal" TSH doesn't exclude thyroid problems) - obstructive sleep apnea or a sleep related breathing disorder - delta wave sleep disorder - infection with epstein barr virus, cmv, and hhv-6 - all of which can drain your energy one useful data point? Were you ever not tired? Have you had trauma in your life? These would also be useful to know.

Get a full check up: Tiredness could be a symptom of many diseases including physical, emotional and hormonal to name a few. Get a full medical checkup to see if any underlying factors other than depression could be contributing to your symptoms.
