Acne: I'm going to assume this is acne and the spots are post-inflammatory pigmentation; (freckles are actually a plus). This is the 21st century & acne is treatable. I start with topical Clindamycin plus benzoyl peroxide if there are few blackheads, move to an appropriate systemic antibiotic for the person as needed. You deserve treatment.
