Methylcobalamin: Injectable B12 is the surest way to increase your B12 levels. Injections are usually administered weekly, but i occasionally prescribe them on a daily basis. Methylcobalamin is the most bio-available form of b12, but is slightly more expensive than the traditional cyancobalamin form. Sublingual methylcobalamin is the next most effective way to restore tissue B12 levels. No adverse effects.
