A member asked:

Can you have a b12 deficiency and have 'normal' serum b12 levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Derrick Lonsdale answered

Yes: Vitamin B 12 is used inside the cell and is the reason why measuring vitamins in the blood does not give you an answer that is practical.
